  I am not to Pleased with this H&R Block. My first time using this Branch was for my 2014 taxes. For 2015 taxes I got a 3 calls from Nicole on Jan 19th (that I have proof on my cell) first call at 11:44, asking me if I wanted to set up an appointment, told her yes told her what day I would like, she said she was going to check with Kim to see if that date was ok, at :12:17 she called me back said she was still checking but she hadn't forgotten me. At 12:41 she called back said that day was fine so we set an appointment up for Jan 13th at 9am. I went on the 13 they had no record of the appointment after awhile Nicole did find a record of her calling me but no record of an appointment. I waited 2 HOURS for Kim to get in and make it right, Kim did NOTHING, I walked out at 11 with a New appointment for March 3. They made the mistake I DID NOT!!! They should have fit me in PERIOD!!!!! I have already got my taxes done by H&R Block in Bakersfield, got in got it done and was pleased with them... I will NOT be going back H&R Block in Isabella!!!!
