  No problem with the medical care, but when you have to sit and wait for at least an hour and a half every single time, that's bad. When I told the doc that the reason I hadn't been in for over a year was because after sitting and waiting for a full two hours my last visit, I walked out. Instead of an apology for that level of customer abuse, she got mad and told me that if I didn't like it, that was too bad, I was going to have to sit and wait. When I asked why they couldn't get people in faster she told me that it was because their computer is slow and it's company policy. REALLY?
  As a paying customer I expected and deserved an apology. Half an hour is the most anyone should have to wait past their appointment time. When people are more than 5 minutes late to show up for an appointment with me, I move on.
